Stephanie Owyang
I am a GI physician and postdoctoral research fellow with interests in neurogastroenterology, motility, and the delivery of therapeutics to the submucosal space. I graduated from Williams College in 2013 with majors in studio art and biology. I returned to my hometown of Ann Arbor, Michigan for my MD (2014-18) at the University of Michigan, where I also received my internal medicine residency training (2018-21). I subsequently completed my gastroenterology fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School (2021-24), where I remain as clinical faculty and continue as an F32 research fellow. In my free time, I enjoy photography, skiing, exploring nature, and indoor gardening.
