The best research relies on the best people

We have positions available ranging from post-doctoral fellows to undergraduate student roles.

Reaching out to us

Please send a cover letter, c.v., and relevant research/work materials to join@l4te.org. See below for specific recommendations unique to post-doctoral, graduate, masters, and undergraduate candidates.

Review our Research, Publications, and News pages to learn about our approach and areas of interest. Our team is growing and supports many different skillsets.

Currently we are searching for scientists with data science experience to support machine learning applications for next generation formulation development of macromolecules and materials synthesis.

Post-Doctoral Fellows and Doctoral Students

Interested candidates should email join@l4te.org with the following:
  • Cover letter
  • CV
  • 5-slide presentation summarizing past research accomplishments
  • Arrange for 2-3 letters of reference to be sent separately (after being invited for an interview)
Our lab supports scholars in their applications for NIH, NSF, and other prestigious fellowships. We currently have limited funded positions for graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. Given this, if you are interested in joining our group we encourage and support the application for fellowships.
For graduate students, we are able to accept graduate students that have been accepted by a program at MIT or Harvard.

Masters Students

We accept exceptional masters students seeking to complete their masters thesis in our laboratory.  Securing funding to support the student is a critical step in this process.  A minimum of 9 months and preferably 12 months for the total stay is highly recommended.  Shorter periods cannot be supported.  Please contact join@l4te.org if interested in joining.

Undergraduate Students

We accept MIT, Harvard and Wellesley Student UROPs at our MIT locations.  Please contact join@l4te.org if interested in joining.
For undergraduates students outside of MIT, Harvard, and Wellesley, we have limited funding and capacity for support.  If you are able to secure your own studentship we may be able to accommodate a limited number of exceptional students.  Please contact join@l4te.org if interested in joining.
